Returns

We accept returns. All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives. You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, provided you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon satisfactory inspection of goods, a credit will be issued to you on the original method of payment. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, or if the product has been opened and used, we cannot offer a refund.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

If you purchased your product online, please email info@firstaidplus.ca with the details of the product and the defect, as well as the picture of a damage and we will notify you of the next steps, or you can visit our location at 301 Moodie Drive, Unit 101, Ottawa, ON, K2H 9C4.

NOTE: Shipping and handling charges will be paid by the buyer in case of a return.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective. All exchanges must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives. You can return the item (preferably with the original packaging) within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you whether you are entitled to a replacement because of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Delivery dates are estimates only.  While all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that delivery occurs as close as possible to the buyer’s requested delivery dates, First Aid Plus is not liable if the delivery is delayed.
