We accept returns. All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Upon satisfactory inspection of goods, a credit will be issued to you on the original method of payment. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase or the product has been opened and used, we cannot offer you a refund.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

NOTE: Shipping and handling charges will be paid by the buyer in case of a return.

Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you, whether you are entitled to a replacement, because of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Delivery dates are estimates only. While all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that delivery occurs as close as possible to the buyer’s requested delivery dates, First Aid Plus is not liable if the delivery is delayed.
All our courses are refundable or can be rescheduled, with some restrictions.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel bookings in any of our courses at any time up until seven (7) days before the course commencement, minus an administration fee (20% of the course cost) per participant. Refunds will be posted back to the same credit card used to purchase the course. In certain circumstances, on a case-by-case basis, we may be able to waive the 7-day requirement. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if this applies to you.
Please note: If you cancel your course less than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the course, you will still be able to reschedule your course at no extra cost, but that course will no longer be able to be cancelled and refunded. In cases of emergencies, please email email@example.com and we'll try to find a solution that works for you.
Rescheduling Your Course
Things come up; we get it. We are more than happy to allow you to reschedule your course at any time up until a day prior to the course commencement, at no extra charge. You can reschedule the course, up to 2 times in a calendar year.
