A fire safety plan box keeps your building's approved fire safety plan where responding firefighters expect to find it: at the main entrance or fire alarm panel, locked, labelled and protected. Fire codes across Canada require many buildings to keep their fire safety plan on site and available to the fire department, and most fire services ask for a dedicated, clearly marked box.
